Foam Marker FM-10 ATV

Accurate & Dependable Foam Markers for Farming and Turf/Golf Applications

Our foam markers are a simple, reliable solution to visually mark the edge of your sprayed area through deposits of foam balls. It’s the most common and economical way to avoid double coverage or lack of coverage during application of chemicals and fertilizers. The John Blue Foam Markers are easy to install and operate. The system creates a highly visible foam line in the field that correctly marks your position. Mixing water with an inert foaming concentrate liquid in a 1.5 to 3 percent solution creates the foam and is both environmentally friendly while economical.

Foam is generated at the end of the boom. This eliminates the foam breaking down in the boom as well as decreasing the waiting period for the foam to travel to the end of the boom. This makes changing sides more efficient.

All John Blue Foam Marker Kits consist of a 12-volt compressor, a solution tank, control box and parts necessary for installation on any type of spraying equipment or whenever precision applications are needed.

Spray Control Valve Moby SC-1580-1

  • Pressure Regulator model SC-1580-1 is used with the DP-392.1 and DP-407.1.
  • The SC-1580-1 is designed to provide gradual and smooth regulation of pressures up to 1015 psi.
  • The Moby SC-1580-1 has a brass alloy body, parts in contact with spray materials are stainless steel and the poppet is ceramic, which offers a high resistance against chemical attack.

Spray Control Valve SC-1066-2

  • The Pressure Regulator model SC-1066-2 can be mounted directly to the DP-43-P Low Pressure Diaphragm Pumps.
  • The SC-1066-2 is designed to adjust to the liquid flow from the pump.
  • Maximum operating pressure is 290 psi.
  • It is constructed from polypropylene for excellent corrosion resistance.
  • The valve, with double seals improves liquid velocity.
  • This manual regulator is equipped with a main shut off/bypass lever, it is fitted for a port for a pressure gauge (optional) and has 1/2″ NPT inlet and (2) 3/8″ outlet barbs.

Spray Control Valve SC-1132-2

  • Pressure Regulator model SC-1132-2 can be fitted directly to the pump or remote mounted to Pump DP-74.1.
  • It is designed to provide gradual and smooth regulation of pressure up to 600 psi.
  • The body is manufactured from reinforced plastic material with extra-large valve passages to minimize pressure loss.
  • A diaphragm seals off operating parts from contact with chemicals, which provides vibration resistance.
  • Modular regulation, the glycerine filled pressure gauge is included.
  • The remote control kit (available separately) is equipped with an inlet threaded connector 1/2″ gas, straight or 90? to fit hosetails from 10 to 19 mm.
  • The manual bypass shut off lever is included.
  • Available with two adjustable discharge ball valves on/off 1/2″ gas threads.

Spray Control Valve SC-1240-3

  • The Pressure Regulator model SC-1240-3 can be mounted directly or remote mounted to pumps DP-74.1 and DP-185.1.
  • The SC-1240-3 is designed to provide gradual and smooth regulation of pressures up to 725 psi.
  • The inlet body is constructed of aluminum with extra-large passages, which helps to keep to a minimum pressure loss.
  • The Buna-N diaphragm prevents the operating parts from coming into contact with the chemicals being applied, improving vibration resistance.
  • The SC-1240-3 is equipped with a complete quick by-pass lever, pressure gauge, 3/4″ NPT inlet and (3) 1/2″ outlets.
