Centrifugal Pumps (Polypropylene)

Self-Priming, Vac-U-Seal Poly-Centrifugal Pumps are Efficient, Versatile, and Built to Last.

If you need a centrifugal pump that’s portable, durable, and affordable, this new lightweight poly-pump family is just what you need.

Product Features

  • Fully-assembled from the Factory—ready to be attached to power source immediately.
  • Double Wet Seal Assembly—pump can be run dry without causing seal failure, seal is antifreeze cooled. (Antifreeze is pre-filled from the factory.)
  • Closed Impeller Technology—pump efficiency improves over time as the impeller wears.
  • Polypropylene Body, FKM and Viton® Seals, 316SS Impeller Shaft for excellent chemical resistance.
  • Pump can be removed, or engine can be replaced without having to disassemble the pump.
  • 1″ FPT pressure access & ½” FPT drain port

OPERATION WARNING!
Always stop operation of pump using the pump’s power source before closing any fluid valves on system plumbing. Failure to stop pump operation before shutting off fluid valves can cause the pump to damage from increased pressure, and will not be covered under warranty.

Run Our Centrifugal Transfer Pumps Dry and They Still Keep Working – No More Down Time

2-Year Unconditional Warranty on Our Cast-Iron Pumps!
All John Blue Centrifugal Pumps can run dry without damaging the seal. This, combined with a two-year factory-backed UNCONDITIONAL WARRANTY on cast-iron models, makes the John Blue Centrifugal Pumps second to no other pump manufacturer on the market today — all at an affordable price. Our centrifugal pumps are available with gas, electric, or hydraulic power sources.

Self-Priming Centrifugal Pumps

  • Patented Vac-U-Seal impeller design creates a vacuum between the impeller and mechanical seal. Lack of pressure on the seal face minimizes seal wear and results in a longer seal life.
  • Double wet seal design provides for continuous lubrication of the seal faces. This wet seal design allows the pump to be run dry for extended periods with no damage to the mechanical seal faces.
  • Closed impeller design minimizes thrust loading on the drive motor extending the life of the drive motor. Impeller wear increases performance, our pumps get better with use!

2-in-1 Inlet Design

  • Growers can select from 2 inlet locations on 1 Pump.
  • The standard lower inlet with the backflow valve, yields maximum pump flow.
  • The higher inlet allows the outlet lines to drain after shutoff while retaining self-priming capability on start-up.
  • Patented.
