We are always striving to find ways to improve the value of our products. Within our Centrifugal Pump families, 2” cast iron and polypropylene pumps are now available with a Briggs & Stratton Engine in order to yield a more economical solution for the transfer of liquid product. See available models in the specifications chart below. This engine is also available for our 2″ Cast Iron Centrifugal pumps.

OPERATION WARNING!
Always stop operation of pump using the pump’s power source before closing any fluid valves on system plumbing. Failure to stop pump operation before shutting off fluid valves can cause the pump to damage from increased pressure, and will not be covered under warranty.

Documentaion

  1. Convenient carry handles allowing clearance for discharge elbow installation.
  2. Vac-U-Seal impeller design creates a vacuum between the impeller and seal. Lack of pressure on the seal face minimizes seal wear resulting in longer seal life.
  3. Close-coupled shaft with Cast iron engine mount for mount strength and heat dissipation from the motor.
  4. Screw-in flange fittings are standard on -FLG models, and optional on all other models.

In addition to being an excellent choice for most agriculture and industrial uses, the PSP-3240 is an excellent choice for transferring liquid deicing product, to keep your surfaces free of ice and snow. These centrifugal pumps comes fully-assembled from our factory, and are made entirely out of Polypropylene, FKM, Viton, and 316 Stainless Steel — they can handle even the harshest liquid de-icing products on the market! Dry salt products can cause concrete damage and leave behind a dusty, messy residue, but liquid salt products can give faster results, work in lower temperatures, and dry to a fine consistency that simply blows away (less mess!).
